Our Story
Nestiva was born from a simple frustration - managing rental properties shouldn't be this hard.
As property investors ourselves, we spent countless hours manually entering transactions from bank statements, trying to remember which property each expense belonged to, and scrambling to compile tax reports at the end of the financial year.
We looked at existing solutions. They were either too expensive, too complicated, or only served one market (Australia or New Zealand - never both). None of them used AI to automate the tedious parts.
